If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds and exchanges are offered at the discretion of UnboxDeals Management, under the following terms and conditions:
- Notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The products returned should be in their original condition.
- Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Products included hygiene products and consumable items
- All replacements and refunds will be initiated only after the original product has reached the company and defect verified.
- We will refund the cost of your original delivery fee where we are at fault, however for unwanted items we shall not refund the original delivery fee.
When products cannot be returned or refunded
The Department of Economic Development Dubai has stated that the following situations do not provide grounds for refund or exchange of certain goods:
- If the customer changes their mind after 7 days purchasing the item
- If the item is free from any defect
Defective or faulty returns
In case the product is damaged, notify our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the problem to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
We will arrange the pickup of the defective or faulty product. Please ensure the return packets are strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Returned product is subject to verification and checks to ensure the legitimacy of your complaint. In case the returned product is not defective or damaged then you will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order. In such case, you will have to bear the return shipment and reshipment charges.

How long will my refund take?
We will make the refund directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original order within 5 days of receipt or earlier, once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. In case of Cash on Delivery we will issue a gift voucher / credit voucher that can be used on UnboxDeals
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your items carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
