Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping over AED 50.00 within the United Arab Emirates only. Orders less than / AED 50.00 will have the final shipping cost available to them during checkout.

All products are shipped from our own warehouse and aim to ship out orders within 48 hours between Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Please note once the package is handed over to the courier company we have no control over delivery timelines and are not liable for any delays in delivery. We track all shipments to make sure they are not unnecessarily delayed and will continue to follow up with shipping companies until the product reaches you.


International orders
Currently international orders will be taken by email or phone and the shipping will be calculated based on dimension and location. You will receive shipping costs within 48 hours, which can then be processed through UnboxDeals online payment portal. On international we are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay these. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.


Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order goes out and returns back to our warehouse the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping;


Dispatched but not received
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipper to resolve this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.


Return to sender
Orders are returned to our warehouse for the following reasons:
* Incorrect shipping details
* Customer failure to receive delivery at shipping address
If the order is returned to us for any of the above reasons the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
