Terms & Conditions
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED or any other currency. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User or to transact on this website. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, Merchant policies and rules.
Delivery Policy
Unboxdeals will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any
OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Refund/Return Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Warranty
All warranty periods are limited by the manufacturer's warranty
policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may very depending on
product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period
covered. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or product
manuals/packaging for more information. Generally, the
manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for
manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damages to the
product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does
Unboxdeals warrant any product for fitness of use or for
representations made by the manufacturer.
Cancellation Policy
As long as the shipment has not left our warehouse, the order may be
cancelled. Cancellations can be carried out by mailing us at
sales@unboxdeals.com
If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to
cancel the order. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items
through courier, please report the same immediately to our Customer
Service team. This should be reported on the same day of receipt of
the parcel.

How do I know the order has been confirmed? Once your order has
been logged and payment authorization has been received the seller
confirms receipt of the order the begins processing begins. Can I
order by phone? Yes, you can call our customer service number (800
1500).
Payment Policy
How do I pay using a credit card? We accept payments made using
Visa, MasterCard. To pay using your credit card at checkout you will
need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on
the back of your card). After entering these details you will be
redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure
password. Is it safe to use my credit card on Unboxdeals? Your
